🎯 Team description & Mission

Alongside Simon, Aplo's COO, you will be involved on a daily basis in: 

* Conducting opportunity, feasibility, ad hoc & data analysis studies: data generation, analysis, interpretation and recommendations & design processes under the guidance of the COO; 

* Assisting and communicating with COO in project management, and initiative implementation;  

* Contributing to the management of strategic cross-functional projects: relying on analytics, benchmarks and qualitative feedback and providing recommendations;  

* Improving current processes and coordinating organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity;  

* Representing the COO in meetings in his place;  

* Supporting the COO in establishing various operational reports.

🎯 Requirements

Education: you have a higher education degree from a top-tier business or engineering school. 

Experience: you have previous internship experience in an operations consulting firm, IT consulting firm, or operations team in a start-up 

Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel  

Efficiency: you are analytical and rigorous, very focused on details, and you are fond of productivity tools.

 Adaptability: you are comfortable working on multiple topics at once in a fast-paced environment

 Mindset: you are proactive and work autonomously

 Problem solver: you are pragmatic and know how to solve problems quickly.

 Proactive & creative: you have plenty of ideas and are not afraid to share them.

 Communication: you have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & French, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words
